Terms of Service
Last updated: October 28, 2026
These terms apply when you order a service from Kessmore. By paying for a service, you agree to them. Kessmore is operated by Kessmore (contact: [email protected]).
1. Nature of the work
Every fix is checked against your live site and shown to you before anything changes. You should treat the result as a draft for your own review, not as the work of a certified professional.
2. What we provide
Small, fixed-price fixes to website text, as described on each service page. For the Spanish Website Fix, that means rewriting machine-translated Spanish marketing and website copy into natural Spanish. We deliver text; we don’t log in to or edit your website.
3. What we don’t provide
- Certified, sworn, or official translations.
- Clinical, medical, or legal content, including patient instructions, consent forms, privacy notices, and contracts. If a page includes such content, we leave it untouched.
- Advice of any kind (medical, legal, regulatory, or marketing compliance).
4. Your responsibilities
You confirm you have the right to have the content you send us modified. Before publishing anything we deliver, you are responsible for having it reviewed by someone qualified, ideally bilingual staff, and for deciding what goes on your website. Once you publish it, it is your content.
5. Samples, price, and payment
We offer a free sample before you buy. Prices are fixed and shown in US dollars on the service page. Payment is made in advance through Stripe, using a payment link we send after you approve the sample. Any applicable taxes will be shown at checkout.
6. Delivery
We deliver within 48 hours of receiving payment, by email. If we can’t meet that, we will tell you and you can choose to wait or get a full refund.
7. Revisions and refunds
If something in the delivered text is wrong, tell us and we will fix it at no cost. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
8. Ownership
Once paid, the delivered text is yours to use as you wish. Your original content stays yours.
9. Liability
We do our best, but we provide the work “as is.” To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Privacy
How we handle your information is described in our privacy policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections you have where you live.
