Refund Policy

We want you to pay only for work you’re happy with. That’s why there is a free sample before you buy. If something still goes wrong, here is how refunds work.

Full refund if

• We don’t deliver. If you don’t receive the work within 48 hours of payment and don’t want to wait, you get a full refund.
• You’re not happy with it. Tell us within 7 days of delivery, before you publish the delivered text on your website, and we refund you in full. No long explanation needed.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address you used to order, with the page or order it relates to. We refund through Stripe to your original payment method, usually within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

When we can’t refund

After 7 days from delivery, or once the delivered text has been published on your website. If there is a mistake in our work, we will still fix it for free.
